Mo’edim and the Missing
Key Puzzle Piece 

Part 1

In the same manner that the key focus puzzle piece is missing from this image above, so too, has the lunar aspect of TIME and its correct definition of the Hebrew word “seasons” aka mo’edim (H#4150 – מועדים) been lost or hidden from sight for nearly 2,000 years. And just as anyone explaining the image above would be careful only to describe what is visible, so too, translators, theologians, and scholars who have bought into the Roman solar calendar paradigm for worship days simply ignore or under-emphasized the Biblical lunar key focus word for time-measuring as provided in Psalms 104:19.

The disparity in the word mo’edim from what it was ordained to be by Yahuah Alahim to what it became over the eons caused the average Bible reader to see only what was presented in their transcribed language to be viewed by those who came before who were themselves guardians of the lie. Each with a continued avoidance of the eternal tie of the term “seasons,” aka mo’edim, to the moon. This word alteration provided the Roman solar time system a more perfect justification to be the backbone of the creation week and all that followed in Scripture. But that is about to change forever…   

The Implementation of the Plan of Salvation

It is important to lay some groundwork for this foundational topic that began in antiquity. The Tabernacle/Temple ceremonies of the Most High were the preordained arrangement of the pathway and Blueprint of Salvation, as demonstrated through Moses for over 1,500 years by the Levitical priesthood before the Messiah entered the earthly stage. However, this Blueprint arrangement was only implemented after Adam and Eve sinned in the garden, the place of the first sacrifice for sin, and the actual first Passover. If that first lamb had not been slain as a substitute and promise of the coming Messiah’s great sacrifice of love, Adam and Eve would have surely died that very day. Yet, in Yahuah Alahim’s great love for mankind, all of heaven rallied to Plan B and the implementation of the the preordained protocol to restore mankind back to the Father.

The First Passover

Did you know the Plan of Salvation was first implemented in the Garden of Eden on the fourteenth day of the first month of Earth’s history? This was essentially the first Passover, although not recorded as such. It occurred the very day Adam and Eve ate from the forbidden tree and were clothed with the sacrificed lamb skins as a covering for their original sin. Also associated with this day came the layout of all the annual Feast Days not yet realized or recorded in Scripture but nonetheless perfectly synchronized with the time signature of creation for years, months, weeks, and days. 

While it wasn’t until the time of Moses that the ordained Sanctuary/Tabernacle/Temple system was to become a physical feature for instruction regarding the TIME & EVENT-focused ministerial work of the Messiah on behalf of sinners, the correct orientation of time and the sacrificial system was never broken from the time of Adam until Moses, among the faithful and obedient. This included Abel, Shem, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel). But during the interim that the children of Israel (Yasharal) were in Egyptian captivity, nearly all concepts of their benevolent Creator’s time-centric Blueprint of Salvation and its sacrificial provision were lost to them.  

The Restored Lunar Calendar

On the eve of Rosh Hashanah (the New Year’s Day), fourteen days before the first Passover in Egypt, and one full year before the Wilderness Tabernacle was constructed, Yahuah Alahim restored His authentic and original calendar model of creation back to His children of the promise. 

“And declared Yahuah (H#3068 – יהוה – YHUH)  unto Moses and unto Aaron, while in the land of Egypt, commanding that:

“The New Moon, this self-same one, is HEAD (ROSH) of the lunar months, which is FIRST in PLACE as the New Moon for measuring the revolution of a year (HASHANAH). 

You shall keep and teach this to all the congregation of Israel saying, “in the tenth of the lunar month, do the following: And you shall reserve and keep every man a lamb for each household of the father, a lamb for each house.”  Exodus (Shemot) 12:1-3

This means the sacred Feast Days were NEVER linked to a separate Temple Calendar rhythm but were specific lunar appointed days found on the same calendar ordained that first week of creation. This means only one calendar was utilized for both sacred and non-sacred days of the year. How do we know? Because in every situation in Scripture where the date of the seventh-day Sabbath is available, it always occurs on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th days as counted from the New Moon. Sabbath’s Consistent Lunar Month Dates. 

This means there was never a need for the Rules of Postponement to ensure certain Feast days never fell on the Saturday Sabbath, a Roman week construct that cycled without end (1-7, 1-7, 1-7, etc.) entirely divorced from the moon. The Roman calendar and its continuous weekly cycle only came into existence among the Yahudim (Jews) after A.D. 358 when they were pressured to adopt the new Roman solar calendar week of seven days, which has been popularized and posted on walls around the globe ever since. So the purpose of their witty invention was to act as an interface between two opposing calendar models in which they would postpone Feast days if they were to naturally occur on a Roman Saturday, such as Passover and Yom Kippur.  

 According to the Book of Exodus:

• The first Passover occurred in the month of Nisan (also called Abib) in the first year (Exodus 12:1-7).
• The construction of the Tabernacle began after the Israelites left Egypt and received the instructions on Mount Sinai. This occurred in the third month (Sivan) of the first year (Exodus 19:1).
• The Tabernacle was completed and erected on the first day (Abib 1, New Moon Day) of the first month (Rosh Hashanah, New Year’s Day) of the second year (Exodus 40:17).

Therefore, the Tabernacle was set up exactly one year after Moses and Aaron received the lunar calendar restoration instructions before the first Passover and the exodus from Egypt. This means that the Creator, Yahuah Alahim, intended the Temple calendar and the civil calendar to be one and the same. 

Three Facts Remain

1. Lunar time principles were restored to Moses and Aaron one full year before the Wilderness Tabernacle/Temple was built and inaugurated for instructional purposes in righteousness. 
2. When the Wilderness Tabernacle was completed it was also founded upon the same lunar time-measuring principles. 
3. Because there is NO record of a second or alternate calendar model for non-Temple time measuring, and because there is NO evidence that the Rules of Postponement existed before the 4th century A.D. among the Yahudim (Jews), we can conclude that all time measuring was accomplished according to the very same lunar method from Creation to the time of the Messiah, among the faithful and obedient of Yahuah Alahim.  

Standards of Prophetic Time & Event

This ingenious living Temple model provided a yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily pictorial and symbolic illustration of the redemptive work Yahusha haMashiach (the Messiah) was to perform on our behalf.  First, as our Lamb sacrifice and substitute, then as our heavenly High Priest to intercede on our behalf, and finally, as our King, which is yet to come again.  And now that He has come the first time as our lamb sacrifice, the Blueprint of Salvation continues to illuminate the pathway through the celebratory Feast Day appointments with Him in real-time…yearly, monthly, weekly, and even daily, according to the Feast Day order born of PROPHETIC TIME and EVENT. In other words, the date stamp of each lunar Feast day tells us the date of His next of seven salvation events.

These coexisting STANDARDS of PROPHETIC TIME & EVENT were designed so mankind may confess their sins, receive forgiveness, and celebrate the timely appointments with our Messiah as sacred events He performed on our behalf. By trusting in His step-by-step rhythm and mechanism to save us, we gain a personal relationship with Him through this process. For He tirelessly labors to restore you and me back to His Father’s gracious, loving arms and His sacred worship rhythm.

This is the only method and remedy for sin provided by the Messiah for mankind. It was preserved in the Torah Law of the Old Testament, and as we will discover below, it is stunningly still valid today. As long as sin remains, there is a need for forgiveness and restoration by way of  His chosen method of Salvation through the annual, monthly, and weekly sacred days (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים). As a result, we have access to the Father when we keep His timely appointments as it is by this method alone that we actually “follow the Lamb [the Messiah] whethersoever He goes” (Revelation 14:4). This is accomplished within the parameters of His preset mechanism from start to finish, throughout His sacred Tabernacle ceremonies performed in heavenly places. This does not substitute for or eliminate our personal prayer time.

For those who remain ignorant on this subject, not having heard it yet, we are promised that Yahuah Alahim’s (God’s) compassions fail not… “And the times of this ignorance, Alahim/Elohim winked at, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.” Acts 17:30

Consider this relevant fact that Yahuah, the Most High, and His WORD are both changeless. (Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8.) And He called lawlessness anything outside the boundaries of His Blueprint of Salvation, which is founded on the Torah Law and the Testimony of the Messiah. (Isaiah 8:20, Revelation 14:12, Matthew 7:23, Matthew 13:41, Matthew 23:28, Matthew 24:12, Hebrews 1:9, 1 John 3:4.)  What this means is that the Torah Law and its lunar Feast Day appointments remain current and unchanged.

Many would have us believe that the Feast days were only viable, useful, and necessary when the Tabernacle/Temple system was alive on earth and in full swing from the wilderness years to the Messiah’s sacrificial death. 

The Evolution of the Term “Seasons” aka Mo’edim

History has repeatedly shown us that there have always been men in high places who have felt empowered to rewrite history and meddle with paradigms and perceptions of the masses for their own selfish gain. Through this means, they have effectively thwarted the cause of truth. The detailed work of translating Scripture was also “open season” to them, as they recognized most folks would never discover their improprieties as long as they only read and studied in their own language. In this way, good folks would never suspect the several alterations in truth they inspired. I am not claiming that all things in Scripture have been altered, but specifically with regard to this article and relating to times and laws (Daniel 7:25).

“And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” Daniel 7:25

As a result, this article aims to identify a foundational yet mistranslated keyword and restore its original and profound intrinsic virtue. This keyword was specially designed to set the very standard of TIME immemorial. But also for all the sacred FEAST DAY EVENTS performed by our Messiah unto Salvation. 

The Hebrew word in question is (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים) translated as “seasons” in Genesis 1:14, Leviticus 23:4, and Psalms 104:19.

This English word, translated as “seasons” (plural), is utilized twelve times in the King James Version of Scripture. Yet, Strong’s Concordance illustrates that “seasons” is translated from six differing Hebrew and Greek source words with some differing definitions. 

1. Seasons – (Hebrew #4150 – מועדים – mo’edim – appointed time). It is translated three times from Genesis 1:14, Leviticus 23:4, Psalms 104:19
2. Seasons – (Hebrew #6256 – עת – eth – time). It is translated two times from Exodus 18:22, Exodus 18:26.
3. Seasons – (Hebrew #3915 – לילות – layelah – night). It is translated one time from Psalms 16:7.
4. Seasons – (Hebrew #2166 – זמן – zeman – time). It is translated one time from Daniel 2:21.
5. Seasons – (Greek #2540 – καιρός – kairos – an occasion, set time). It is translated three times from  Acts 1:7, Acts 14:17, 1 Thessalonians 5:1.
6. Seasons – (Greek #5550 – χρόνος – chronos – fixed time, special occasion).  It is translated one time from Acts 20:18.

While all the above Hebrew and Greek terms have to do with time, they are not all equal. Some refer to a specific time, one to nighttime, and others to time in general. In this article, we are most interested in #1 above, in which “seasons” is translated from the (Hebrew #4150 – מועדים – mo’edim – appointed time) in Genesis 1:14, Leviticus 23:4, and Psalms 104:19.

Note that this focus is not meant to ignore all the other 240 times the singular form of (Hebrew #4150 – מועדים – mo’edim) is translated into other English words other than the word “seasons.” Interestingly, in each case of these 240 singular applications, it is now discovered that their greatest inherent attribute remains utterly missing from every Theological Hebrew and Greek Dictionary in modern times. Ours is to discover why.

The Missing Time Directives of the Hebrew Term Mo’edim

Beginning with Genesis 1:14, let us consider how this most important keyword, “seasons” (Hebrew #4150 – מועד – mo’edim), has lost its pivotal purpose to synchronize the rhythms of time and event between mankind and YHUH Alahim, the heavenly Father for His sacred Feast Day appointments.

“And Alahim said, ‘Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:'” Genesis 1:14 KJV

According to Strong’s and Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew dictionaries, the term seasons means:

Seasons / Mo’edim

H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים = appointed time, appointed place, set feast, a fixed time, an appointment, a festival, and assembly).

The specific detailed time directives are missing in each case (Genesis 1:14, Leviticus 23:4, Psalms 104:19). There is a covert disconnect from identifying the time-measuring method utilized for the appointed times, causing the naive to assume (H#4150 – mo’edim) is referring to modern Roman solar time, such as one or all of the four seasons of the year. Yet strikingly, from Genesis to Revelation, there is no prescription from the throne above that ordains solar time for months and years, nor is there support for a continuous weekly cycle. Rather, these have morphed into modern assumptions. However, history does provide the shakedown of when and where the solar calendar model emerged and to what end it was proactively proposed. Most will miss this because their well-groomed paradigms cause them to assume that all time was measured in antiquity as it is today, on a solar calendar.  But this is not the case.  

The reality is that Christianity was born when the gospel went to the Gentiles under Emperor Constantine’s leadership. Are you aware that under his direction, he proactively legislated the end of all things relating to the Torah Law, specifically, the New Moon Days, lunar Sabbaths Days, and lunar Feast Day events? The Constantinian Creed.  He then transformed the Julian solar calendar week (created in 45 B.C. by Julius Caesar) from an eight-day continuous weekly cycle to a seven-day continuous weekly cycle. So it is that the seven-day continuous weekly cycle utilized by most of the world today is only 1,700 years old. It does not extend back to the Messiah’s time, the time of Moses, nor to the time of creation. This means that for the past 1,700 years, Christianity, under Roman tutelage, has maintained a worship rhythm based solely on a manmade time measuring system that neither resembles nor is synchronized to the worship rhythm of Scripture. And if that weren’t enough, it is rebelliously opposed to and even undermines the TIME SIGNATURE of our CREATOR.  

This causes the world to miss the Creator’s sacred lunar worship appointments with their Messiah, which map out the complete Plan of Salvation from beginning to end, the only ordained REMEDY FOR SIN. For this cause, many will miss out on their eternal reward as they tenaciously cling to manmade traditions, preferring instead the Roman holidays of the Beast power, which include worshiping on either Saturday or Sunday and celebrating Christmas and Easter.  As a result, they will not be covered by His blood sacrifice on Passover, the 14th day counted from the New Moon Day of Rosh Hashanah in the spring, nor can they be sealed into His Bridal Covenant on Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement). Neither will these stand on Mount Zion and sing the song of Moses and the Lamb.  Why?  For this very reason, they have rejected the only PATHWAY PROVIDED TO “FOLLOW THE LAMB WHITHERSOEVER HE GOES,” and will instead hear those fateful words, “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” Matthew 7:23

#1. The First Witness Leading Scholars Have Ignored

Interestingly, Psalms 104:19 has been wholly ignored or missed somehow by the framers of the Strong’s Concordance and B-D-B Hebrew dictionary about how the term “seasons” (mo’edim) ties the Feast Days directly to the moon and lunar appointed time. Psalms 104:19 provides the foundational meaning of “seasons,” a.k.a. mo’edim, which is excluded from all Bible Dictionaries. Hmm… something’s fishy.

“…In the mouth of two or three witnesses, every word may be established.” Matthew 18:16

 

“…At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.” Deuteronomy 19:15

 

“By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.” 2 Corinthians 13:1

Referring to the Creator, Yahuah Alahim, Psalms 104:19 says:

“He ordained the MOON for “seasons” (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים).” Psalms 104:19

So what does this mean? It means He, Yahuah the Most High, ordained the MOON to regulate all His sacred appointed times (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים).

The moon rises in the east on the night it rules, as all the Creator’s visible lights also rise in the east when they rule the heavens.  It appears full and round. This is illustrated in Revelation 12:1…

“And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the (G#4582  – selene – billiant moon) moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.” Revelation 12:1

That beautiful full moon is the icon and sign of the Bridal Covenant. 

It synchronizes the year, the lunar month, and the lunar weeks with His Feast Days, so there is no more need for the Jew’s cleverly crafted Rules of Postponement. Meaning they are each counted from the same New Moon to start the YEARS, MONTHS, WEEKS, and DAYS. This restores Passover and all the Feast Days to their pre-ordained placements.  We can only enter heaven, as represented by the tabernacle model’s Holy of Holies, through the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, which occurred on PASSOVER.  This is the only PATHWAY provided from the BEGINNING OF TIME till now that we may be sealed into YHUH Alahim’s Kingdom government and stand on Mount Zion. It is the only method by which to escape from receiving the Mark of the Beast. Only the blood of the Lamb provides SALVATION as it is accurately portrayed within His lunar boundaries of TIME and EVENT. Yet, “ALL the world has wondered after the Beast” (Revelation 13:3), as defined by Scripture. Without restoration of the ANCIENT PATHS, the Blueprint for Salvation, these will be eternally lost. 

#2. The Second Ignored Witness 

Now, add to this another discovery, that the modern Hebrew language defines “seasons” aka mo’edim (H#4105 – mo’edim – מועדים ) as:

1) specific dates, or

2) commemorative dates.”

This comes from the premier online modern Hebrew translator called (doitinHebrew.com), which utilizes Morfix.co.il Dictionary.
 

So by combining #1 and #2 together, “seasons,” aka mo’edim (H#4150 – mo’edim), literally means specific lunar appointed dates and/or specific lunar commemorative dates.

These two Witnesses directly affect the meaning of the term “seasons,” aka mo’edim (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים).  However, one must ignore many more witnesses (verses in Scripture) if one continues to cling to the Roman Gregorian solar calendar paradigm and its continuous weekly cycle.

Additional Ignored Witnesses

Psalms 77:13 – “It shall be established forever like the moon, even like the faithful witness in the sky.”

 

Isaiah 66:22-23 – “For according as the shamayim (starry abode), the New Moons, and the Earth: The New Moon that I fashioned and placed in this order was appointed for My chief corner [stone], declares Yahuah.  Wherefore, it/they [the full New Moon & the Messiah] establishes and confirms your name and your descendants.  “And it shall come to pass from its abundance— New Moon by New Moon you shall keep; and from its abundance— Sabbath by Sabbath you shall keep.  It [the full New Moon] shall lead all flesh to prostrate in worship, according to My chief corner [stone],” declares Yahuah.” (The Creator’s Calendar Restored Version)

 

Ezekiel 46:1-3 – “Thus declares the Almighty Yahuah, “the GATE of the courtyard interior facing the EAST shall be SHUT six days for work, and in the day of the SABBATH it shall be thrown open wide, and in the day of the NEW MOON it shall be thrown open wide. But come unto the exalted one, by way of the porch of the temple gate from without, and stand beside the doorpost of the gate and observe the Kohenim’s (Priests) symbolic Aleph and Tav burnt offering and symbolic Aleph and Tav peace offering. And you shall prostrate in worship upon the threshold of the open gate, coming and going at any time, but the gate shall not be shut until sunset. And thus worshiped the people of the land at the entrance way of the same gate in the SABBATHS and in the NEW MOON DAYS before the face of Yahuah.” (The Creator’s Calendar Restored Version)

 

Amos 8:5 – “When will the New Moon be past that we may sell corn and the Sabbath that we may buy wheat?” 

Other Mo’edim

None of the following 242 verses carry the authentic signature of Yahuah Alahim, the Creator of TIME or His Blueprint Plan of Salvation, as they have been translated from (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים). This is because they have been translated without their preordained connection to specific lunar appointed dates.

As a result of the above restoration of the original and authentic Hebrew definition of “seasons,” aka mo’edim, here is how Genesis 1:14 should genuinely read: 

“And Alahim said, ‘Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for SIGNS, and for specific lunar appointed DATES, and DAYS, and YEARS.” Genesis 1:14 (Restored by the Multitude of Witnesses as illustrated above).

This clarification restores all the time units to a singular lunar calendar model so they may remain in harmony throughout the YEARS, MONTHS, WEEKS, and DAYS. As a result, there is never a need for Rules of Postponement, ever. 

Prophetic Dream 

This reality was prophesied in Luke 21:24:

“And they [Israel] shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations:  and Jerusalem [and what it stood for] shall be trodden down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.”  Luke 21:24

Marvelously, the times of the Gentiles have now been fulfilled. Yahuah Alahim and Yahusha, the Messiah, call their faithful and obedient to restore the preordained Kadosh (holy, sacred, and set-apart) lunar calendar time-measuring system in preparation for His soon return. It alone represents His sacred Kingdom time-measuring model from eternity past and into eternity future. How the Creator’s Calendar Works

Because Psalms 104:19 identifies that the MOON was ordained to regulate “seasons,” aka mo’edim, for “specific lunar appointed dates,” our Creator’s authentic calendar dates can only be found within each lunation (lunar month of 29-30 days). Exodus 12:1-4 identifies that our Creator’s YEARS and MONTHS are both made up of lunar time.

“The NEW MOON, ‘this one,’ is the beginning of the LUNAR MONTHS.  It is FIRST [H#7218 – ROSH] IN ORDER according to the LUNAR MONTHS for the revolution of a YEAR [H#8141 –HASHANAH].  You shall keep and teach this to all the congregation of Israel saying, “in the tenth of the LUNAR MONTH, do the following:  And you shall reserve and keep every man a lamb for each household of the father, a lamb for each house. . . And you shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same LUNAR MONTH: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it between [H#996 – between] the evenings [H#6153 – plural evenings].”  Exodus 12:2-3, 6.

This means that His calendar year is made up of lunar months. Below are several illustrations of how the Creator’s Calendar works on our spherical earth. Note that this blue calendar example while providing the 29-30 DAYS of the LUNAR MONTH with the large numbers that begin with the full NEW MOON DAY (H#2320 – חדשׁ  – chodesh – new moon, lunar month, the first day of the lunar month.) each month, also breaks down the four divisions of the lunar month into lunar WEEKS (always made up of seven days). Each lunar week then ends with the authentic lunar seventh-day Sabbath. When each lunar month ends, it is refreshed with the next full moon as the New Moon and the start of the new lunar month.

Six workdays (2-7) followed by the FIRST SABBATH – (Date – 8th)
Six workdays (9-14) followed by the SECOND SABBATH – (Date – 15th)
Six workdays (16-21) followed by the THIRD SABBATH – (Date – 22nd)

Transition workday – (day 30 occurs every other month.)
NEW MOON DAY – Day 1

The second New Moon Day refreshes and repeats the lunar month layout, plus or minus the 30th day. The very fact that the New Moon Day exists causes it to break the cycle of weeks every lunar month. This means that continuous weekly cycles have never been in harmony with the Creator’s ordained time system, nor can they locate any of His Kadosh (holy, sacred, and set-apart) days.

His lunar weeks are never longer than seven days. They begin on the first work day and end after the seventh day Sabbath.  The New Moon Day and 30th day are NEVER included as part of the week count as they are not part of the week criteria. Interestingly, while the Sabbath is always the seventh day of the week, it is never the seventh day of the lunar month. In every place in Scripture where the Sabbath can be dated, it is always dated on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, or 29th of the lunar month. The Sabbath’s Consistent Lunar Month Dates.

These lunar months are divided into smaller units of days, each demarcated by its own unique lunar phase. Then, the cycle of lunar dates begins again with each New Moon Day.

How Does this Restored Keyword Affect Leviticus 23?

Are the Feast Days alone to be measured according to lunar time, or does the restored Key Focus word cause the Sabbath and all the days to be measured according to the same lunar time prescription? Let’s take a look…

Here is how it should read:

Leviticus 23:1-5

1. “And declared [YHUH – Yahuah] unto Moses, saying,

    

2. ‘Speak unto the children of Yasharal (Israel), and command them concerning the specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’ed) of Yahuah, which you shall proclaim My Holy [Kadosh, set-apart] rehearsal assemblies (H#4744 miqra). These are themselves My specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim):  [Note the colon]

    

3. Six days from sunrise to sunset you shall do your work, but in the day of the seventh it is the Sabbath-rest to observe the covenant, a Holy [Kadosh] rehearsal assembly (H#4744 miqra) in which you shall do no work, for it is the Sabbath unto YHUH in all your dwellings.

    

4. These [that follow] are the specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim) of YHUH, the set-apart (Holy) rehearsal assemblies (H#4744 miqra), which you shall proclaim as SIGNS [of prophetic events to be fulfilled by the Messiah alone] at their specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim): [Note the colon]

    

5. In the lunar month (H#2320 chodesh), the first [one of the year], in the fourteenth day counted from the New Moon (H#2320 chodesh), between (H#996 beyn) the evenings (plural twilights) (H#6153 ereb), is the PASSOVER of YHUH (Yahuah).'” Leviticus 23:1-5 and beyond…

As a result of this keyword restoration and foundational Scriptural STANDARDIZATION, Leviticus 23:1-3 identifies that the sacred seventh-day Sabbaths are also included as mo’edim (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים), meaning they occur on “specific lunar appointed dates” only!!!  Who knew? WHAT A REVELATION! These are not Feast Days (miqra – 

So, the Creator’s weeks are made up of these lunar dates. The days are counted from New Moon to New Moon, demarcated by each lunar phase from 1 to 29 or 30 days. Because of this arrangement by our Creator, the moon determines the date of each seventh-day Sabbath within each lunar month.

Each of the annual specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim), often called lunar Feast Days, follow in their sequential order according to the lunar principles provided here. It is because the seventh-day Sabbaths are also identified as specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim) that each of the yearly Feast Days is dually tied, as a G.P.S., to both coordinates of their approximation to the seventh-day Sabbath as well as to the count from the New Moon. This fact renders weeks and Sabbaths that cycle perpetually without end a Scriptural impossibility. There is literally no other way to read Leviticus 23 with integrity and an honest heart, for the simple reason that the Feast Days are tied to both the New Moon Day count and the Sabbath.  The same principle applies to the Sabbath as it is tied to both the New Moon and the Lunar Feast Days. 

This unbreakable lunar bond is unique to Scripture. Yet many have tried to sidestep, hide, ignore, undermine, or abolish it. But if this is the WAY of YHUH, the Most High Eternal Father, might it carry some weight in determining who His faithful followers really are now and when He returns? 

What was the Motivation for the Change?

We have already mentioned HOW this could occur, but now we must ask WHY??? What events in the history of the world would motivate translators and scribes to devalue and change Scripture’s specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim)? Why did an entirely foreign time-measuring system come to dominate Scripture, the Torah Law, and the TIMING of the Holy Feast Days of Yahuah Alahim, the Most High as illustrated in His ordained Tabernacle Blueprint? The first part of the answer is found in The Constantinian Creed as it relates to the Roman Emperor and His newly established Christian religion. 

“I renounce all customs, rites, legalisms, unleavened breads and sacrifices of lambs of the Hebrews, and all the other feasts of the Hebrews, sacrifices, prayers, aspirations, purifications, sanctifications, and propitiations, and fasts and New Moons, and Sabbaths, and superstitions, and hymns and chants, and observances, and synagogues.  

Absolutely everything Jewish, every [TORAH] Law, rite and custom and if afterwards I shall wish to deny and return to Jewish superstition, or shall be found eating with Jews, or feasting with them, or secretly conversing and condemning the Christian religion instead of openly confuting them and condemning their vain faith, then let the trembling of Cain and the leprosy of Gehazi cleave to me, as well as the legal punishments to which I acknowledge myself liable. And may I be an anathema in the world to come, and may my soul be set down with Satan and the devils.” Stefano Assemani, Acta Sanctorium Martyrum Orientalium at Occidentalium, Vol. 1, Rome 1748, page 105. [Emphasis mine]

Because of this, Christianity took a left turn in the opposite direction of the Old Testament’s Torah Law and the Creator’s ordained lunar calendar model.

But the second part of this relates to the Jews themselves. 1) They were motivated to remove themselves as far as possible from any time-measuring system that tied them to the Messiah’s death. 2) Over the years in Roman captivity, when the opportunity presented itself, they took it. The Romans pressured the Jews to adopt their new solar calendar. So it is that they ultimately adopted the solar calendar for years, months, weeks, and Sabbaths but were allowed to maintain some resemblance to their lunar Feast Day arrangement.  But even it was altered from the full moon to that of the Babylonian dark conjunction lunar phase. 

     “In AD 351-352 Roman persecution flared and the Jews revolted.  They were soon crushed.  Many Jewish towns were destroyed and decrees issued against the local authorities and against Judaism.  The privileges of the head of the Sanhedrin and the freedoms of the Sanhedrin itself were curtailed.  Roman pressure to conform “Jewish” TIME to Roman TIME had reached crisis level. ibid

     Under this pressure Hillel II agreed to limit the functions of the head of the Sanhedrin, as well as the Sanhedrin itself, with respect to proclaiming the New Moon, setting festival dates, and employing intercalation [inserting the 13^th lunar month].  With the decline of the Jewish power-base in Israel, the Jewish community in Babylon had been rising in influence to fill the vacuum. Hillel II published details informing all Jews of the methods of the [new] calculated calendar developed in Babylon.  From that time on the Sanhedrin in Judea ceased to function or to maintain calendar experts.  Hillel II is thus given the credit for the present fixed Rabbinical calendar, but in reality it originated in Babylon and was just the starting point of the development of the Rabbinical calendar in use today.” Encyclopedia Judaica, s.v. “Hillel”.

For the first time in Jewish history, they were faced with utilizing portions of two opposing calendar systems. This created calendar chaos that had never existed while they maintained the strictest adherence to the Creator’s ordained lunar calendar model. So it was that the Rules of Postponement were crafted to bring some form of harmony. These Rules were not designed to keep the Feast Days accurate but to keep the Roman seventh-day “Saturday,” cycling continuously every seven days. From that moment on, under the leadership of Hillel II, the Jewish calendar changed forever. To this day, it carries no resemblance to that of the Creator’s lunar calendar and its time-centric PLAN OF SALVATION.  For the entire article, The Constantinian Creed.

Is There Ever Overlapping of Days?

Additionally, because both the seventh-day Sabbath specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim) and the yearly prophetic rehearsal assembly events are also specific lunar appointed dates (H#4150 mo’edim) and counted from the same New Moon lunar phase (H#2320 Chodesh), it is simply impossible for these days to overlap each other as some have declared.

Conversely, it is only when utilizing the illegitimate replacement Roman Gregorian solar wall calendar or another manmade time-measuring equivalent that the New Moons appear to float through weekdays and Saturdays alike. But the reality is that the opposite is true. Because the lunar calendar is the Creator’s authentic and original STANDARD, the solar months and continuous weekly cycles do all the floating.

Floating occurs under the belief that there are only two kinds of days: weekdays and Sabbaths. This arrangement causes both the work days and Sabbath days to float onto New Moon days throughout the year. But Scripture identifies that every single month, there are always three kinds of days, and some months have even four. This ensures that work days and Sabbaths NEVER land on New Moon Days or on each other.   

YHUH (Yahuah) is the Creator of the shamayim (heavens), the sun, moon, and stars, and He alone sets the STANDARD. All other strivings and machinations of mankind to craft their own time-measuring system can NEVER equal His. They fall eternally short and are devoid of His time-centric Plan of Salvation. 

The Blueprint of Salvation Restored 

Everyone must ask themselves if they are honestly seeking to synchronize their soul temples with YHUH (Yahuah) Alahim, the Most High, and His time-centric Blueprint for Salvation because their only other option is to continue on the path of aligning themselves with the popular customs and traditions of men that have turned from the truth (Titus 1:14), becoming guardians of the lie (Titus 1:14) instead.

Might it be that utilizing the wrong calendar will render the wrong appointed times? Can a fraudulent treasure map lead you to the treasure? And might this be the reason our Messiah will declare to so many on that last great day…

“Not every one that says unto me, Yahusha, Yahusha, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Yahusha, Yahusha, have we not prophesied in your name? And in your name have cast out devils? And in your name done many wonderful works? And then will I [Yahusha the Messiah] profess unto them, ‘I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.'” Matthew 7:21-23 

Can you see that any alteration to HIS preordained Torah Law and its sacred calendar, as defined in Scripture, will cause its adherers to miss the mark of His sacred celebration EVENTS, which are His prescribed appointments with Him? As a result, it will render them outside the provision of His will. Striving and expecting to enter heaven by any other means than the blueprint provided by our Savior, He has called lawlessness. Think how many sermons, church programs, and synagogue events have been devised to keep you connected and coming back for more each week, all the while missing the mark because they lacked the sacred TIME & EVENT so central to His Blueprint unto Salvation, by way of the blood of the Lamb. 

In Conclusion

As a final point… According to Ezekiel 46:1-3, worship will continue as always when the East Gate [door] is open on New Moon Days and lunar seventh-day Sabbaths. Thus, the same arrangement is utilized when the Bridegroom RETURNS for His BRIDE. The East Gate [door] is only open on New Moon Days, lunar Sabbaths, and lunar Feast Days. Each of which is now identified as (H#4150 – mo’edim – מועדים – specific lunar appointed dates).

     “Thus declares the Almighty YAHUAH, “the GATE [door] of the courtyard interior facing the EAST shall be SHUT six days for work, and in the day of the SABBATH it shall be thrown open wide, and in the day of the NEW MOON it shall be thrown open wide. 

     But come unto the exalted one, by way of the porch of the temple gate without, and stand beside the doorpost of the gate and observe the Kohenim’s (Priest’s) symbolic first and last burnt offering and symbolic Aleph and Tav peace offering. 

     And you shall prostrate in worship upon the threshold of the open GATE [door], coming and going at any time, but the GATE [door] shall not be shut until sunset.”  And so WORSHIPED the people of the land at the entrance way of the same GATE [door], in the SABBATHS and in the NEW MOON DAYS, before the face of YAHUAH.”  Ezekiel 46:1-3

This will be the separating factor in the Messiah’s prophesy regarding the five wise virgins who arrive while the door is still open and the five foolish virgins who arrive too late. They are called foolish because they were given the truth of His lunar time-measuring model but instead clung to their previous church or synagogue traditions based upon the Roman Beast Solar Calendar model with its continuous weekly cycle and Saturday Sabbath. 

As we discovered in this article, the Hebrew keyword (H#4150 mo’edim) has undergone a destructive evolution that proactively hid its authentic and intended foundational significance for far too long. This is nothing less than an assault on Scripture’s Torah Law, the Messiah, and the Plan of Salvation, but mostly to ensure that you will never discover its foundational value that illustrates the REMEDY for SIN to prepare the faithful for eternity. It is the Feast Days alone that provides the time-centric Feast Day road map unto eternity. This keyword (H#4150 mo’edim) was taken hostage by the guardians of the lie in honor of their preferred Roman Gregorian solar time-measuring paradigm. This word, “mo’edim,” was a target and casualty of war against YHUH, the Most High, designed by the Beast of Revelation and its honorary mentor, Satan himself. But despite their destructive intentions to corrupt the meaning of this keyword, YHUH has provided the path to its restoration through Scripture itself.

As per Robert Stearns, “Holy Mother Church, her season has ended, and she has died. The times of the Gentiles have been fulfilled. The bridal love of Yahuah Alahim will be released into the created order as He realigns His people to His preordained lunar calendar. Time itself will be realigned with that which was before the Constantinian mixture polluted that which was formerly pure and undefiled.”  HalleluYAH!!!!
