Revealing the Eternal’s Shamayim Time Model

The most important point to take away from this article is that it greatly mattered to Yahuah Alahim, the Most High, that Israel was re-established to the CORRECT CALENDAR MODEL, as Israel’s restoration to the Promised Land depended upon it.  Egypt was not just a nation that happened to enslave the chosen people of Yahuah, but it was a nation bent upon rebellion against their Creator. They proactively worshiped many gods of their own invention and did so according to a fraudulent calendar system designed to ignore the ways of Yahuah Alahim. While they utilized the sun, moon, and stars, they did so in rebellion to the correct starting point as an echo of Babylon and the rebellion of Nimrod. Then, many years later, this rebellious time-measuring system was in part adopted by the Rabbinical Yahudim (Jewish Pharisees) in the 4th century C.E. and utilized by them to this day, as depicted below.

The image above portrays luni-solar time commencing the year in spring. However, it has been discovered that although this system utilizes the moon, the dark lunar phase aligns with the sun and is entirely invisible. Because this method of measuring time utilizes the sun by day, it also causes the stars to be invisible.  So, while it is most often called Lunar-solar time-measuring because the sun is the only visible sphere, it is mostly referred to as mere solar time. This method equips the sun as the primary pointer for marking the starry constellations on the far side of the universe to commence the month.  In this time system, the wheel of the stars are invisible because they are measured when the sun is ruling during daylight.  This is 180 degrees in opposition to the Creator’s command that the sun rules the day alone, but rather, it was the moon and stars that were designed to rule together by night from east to west.  The order of alignment shown above is the earth, the invisible dark moon, the sun, and the invisible starry constellation of Pisces, otherwise known as Dagon (pagan fish god).

Verse by Verse

“And declared Yahuah (H#3068 – יהוה – YHUH)  unto Moses and unto Aaron, while in the land of Egypt, commanding that:”  Shemot (Exodus) 12:1

Right from the start, Verse 1 of Exodus 12 begins with Yahuah declaring to both Moses and Aaron just 15 days before the Exodus that His shamayim (heavenly) time system was of pivotal importance. He was now about to detail how it worked and what great sign to look for in the NIGHT SKY for the start of His ordained YEAR.  This TIME MODEL, as it related to the PASSOVER (Pasch) event, was His first test of obedience for keeping Passover at the correct time and a paramount step in Israel’s recovery and ultimate restoration to the Promised Land. Thus, a descriptive revelation of the Creator’s Calendar was given to prepare an obedient Israel for success so that they may be saved during this last and most horrific plague of Egypt, the death of all firstborn males. 

Here is an example of YHUH’s authentic lunar-astro time measuring, which is always viewed after sunset in the spring, when the full moon rises in the east to rule together with the stars by night from horizon to horizon when they are both visible.

The image above depicts lunar-astro time measuring, beginning the year in spring.  But unlike the previous system, the full moon as the true New Moon marks the ruling constellation at night when the brilliant full moon majestically arises in the constellation Bethulah (Virgo) according to Revelation 12:1.  The visible order of alignment as viewed from Earth is the full New Moon, and the starry constellation of Bethulah. The sun is in alignment and shining on the full moon, but because this occurs at night, the sun is not part of the visible equation of lunar-astro time-measuring.  Only this model fits the Creator’s prescribed design shown Moses and Aaron on the mount.

The pre-Passover plague of death event of the firstborn males was based upon Yahuah’s ordained time-measuring mechanism and not on the calendar system of Egypt.  So, this required trust and obedience on the part of Israel to make this imperative calendar adjustment from the dark New Moon to the full moon as His true New Moon. Because it only takes 50 to 100 years to lose sight of the truth, many of the Hebrew bondsmen had fully lost touch with Yahuah’s time-measuring mechanism in the shamayim (heavens). Can we relate to this today, steeped in the Roman calendar tradition or that of the modern Jews?

The last plague of the death of the firstborn was to occur on the night of the 14th of the First Month when Yahuah would pass through to strike the firstborn of all the Egyptians or any who were not obedient to the necessary steps to be taken in their order. Only households that heeded the required details of sacrificing a lamb on the 14th day of the correct New Moon calendar and sprinkled its blood on the lintel of their front door and two side posts would be safe. (Exodus 12:23)  If they refused to make the necessary calendar adjustments in order to locate the prescribed 14th day or slay the lamb in all its details, their own house would lose a firstborn male along with the Egyptians. This must be accomplished exactly as ordered by Yahuah because Passover, in all its time and event details, was to prefigure the precise appointed time and event of the great sacrifice of His only SON, Yahusha ha Mashiach, the long-promised Messiah. 

An essential point must be made here to highlight and contrast Egyptian time with that of Yahuah and His obedient Israelites as He prepared them to be delivered from bondage. Egypt began each month with the dark conjunction lunar phase as their New Moon (a historical fact). Thus, the middle of their month was always their full moon. Egypt’s dark lunar phase always aligned with their solar-line time, which they used to measure time in conjunction with the sun. This creates an invisible line from the earth, through the dark moon, through the sun, and then on to mark the ruling constellation of stars at noon, when they are utterly invisible. This is NOT the Scriptural prescription for accurate time-measuring but is 180 degrees opposite. If Israel had already been on the correct New Moon and time-keeping with Egypt’s dark lunar phase, Yahuah would not have needed to show them the correct New Moon and the correct start of the year.  At the very least, if some had been keeping the correct New Moons and Sabbaths, this gentle reminder by Yahuah should stand as a tribute for us today as we seek to align ourselves with His sanctioned and ordained timepiece model.

Clues for Restoring the Creator’s Calendar

“The New Moon, this self-same one, is HEAD (ROSH) of the lunar months, which is FIRST in PLACE as the New Moon for measuring the revolution of a year (HASHANAH). Shemot (Exodus) 12:2

Referring back to the word study, Verse 2 goes on to identify that a specific lunar phase is Yahuah’s true New Moon, as the text states, “the New Moon, ‘this self-same one’ is the HEAD “ROSH” of lunar months.” We have already ruled out the dark lunar phase as Yahuah’s New Moon because that was the erroneous New Moon of Egypt and because it was not visible.  So, we are only left with two options in this set of verses. There are four clues in this verse, and it is still rather subjective at this point.

1. The first clue, “The New Moon, ‘this self-same one,’ identifies a visible lunar phase that Moses and Aaron could look upon.” And, of course, we recognize that both the full moon and the first visible crescent are both visible lunar phase considerations.

2. The second clue comes from Shemot (Exodus) 12:29, where it identifies that it was at “midnight,” the darkest part of the night, that this tenth and last plague actually was to occur. This was when Yahuah passed through and slain all the firstborn of Egypt. Now, we must ask the question. For this to occur at “midnight,” would it make sense for this to be the night of a brilliant full moon, at its brightest, or the darkest night of the month on a night when the non-visible moon has set with the sun? 

   This was undoubtedly the darkest night of the year, as nothing about it was to be highlighted as a visible or majestic event but a night of horror and punishment of the disobedient. In addition, the Israelites were commanded to stay in their homes and not to step outside their door until morning (Shemot Exodus 12:22). While this plague had been announced to the Hebrews and Egyptians alike, this was a covert operation designed to be accomplished without any spotlight or fanfare. The results would be discovered at sunrise in the morning.

   Consider also for a moment that this was the slaying of all firstborn of families who were not obedient to adjusting their calendars to synchronize with Yahuah Alahim’s required full moon as His true New Moon and start of the month.  Missing this objective would cause them not to slay the lamb on the correct day, mark their door, or roast and eat it as requested.  Is it perceivable that this entire sequence of events was found only upon Yahuah’s required time-centric calendar markers, by which the willful disobedient were punished?  

3. The third clue is in the Hebrew word (Rosh H#7218 – head, chief), which literally means “head.”  Might this be referring to the New Moon marking the head of the constellation Bethulah? Not only is she represented as a “woman,” but her HEAD arises first on the eastern horizon in the spring as she begins to rule, as the first constellation of twelve in the wheel of the stars, with the full moon from east to west the entire night. It is a fact that only the full moon rules from east to west, never the crescent.  Additionally, because the crescent lunar phase is only witnessed 12-15 degrees above the western horizon until it sets, it is impossible for it to rule together with the constellation “Bethulah” in the spring.  Many try to place the crescent at the feet of the woman in the fall to fulfill the Hazon (Revelation) 12:1-2 prophecy, but this does not meet the detailed requirements, as her head and most of her body are well below the western horizon when the crescent comes into view.  Only the full moon meets all the Hazon (Revelation) 12:1-2 specifications.

     

    

4. But the fourth clue, entirely unrealized today, is the greatest confirmation. Although it occurred 1,500 years after that first Passover, it transpired on the same 14th day as counted from the New Moon. This was when our Messiah, YAHUAH’s firstborn son, lay down His life on that epic PASSOVER and hung upon the cross/stake for the sins of mankind. Signaling that those who do not trust in the sacrificial death of the YAHUSHA will ultimately lose their eternal life. 

   Luke records that “the sun was darkened from the sixth to the ninth hour.” This comment goes over most folks’ heads because they don’t recognize Yahuah’s preeminent TIMESTAMP.  For 4,000 years before that day, every time the sun darkened at noon, it directly resulted from a solar eclipse.  So I ask you, why would this day be different?  All the world understood time to be measured by the motions of the sun, moon, and stars, as they had no clocks, watches, computers, or wall calendars.  This means that in the middle of this first lunar month, the moon was in its dark conjunction lunar phase at the time of the Exodus and the Crucifixion of our Messiah.  Consequently, 14 days earlier in both events, the New Moon was the full moon consistently. As a result of these points and the abundance of other evidence found in Scripture, we confidently believe the full moon is the authentic and original New Moon (start of lunar months) set forth at creation. We then discover that Egypt as a nation was 180 degrees out of sync with the Creator’s Eternal time mode. This is a contrast of black and white, darkness and LIGHT. Below are the top three witnesses from Scripture that specifically relate to the Exodus events in their historical order that support a full New Moon:

• The day the Abrahamic Covenant was first given 430 years previous to the Egyptian Passover and Exodus, to the very day. That night sky is recorded as being very dark and with no light of a full moon. Refer to article, The Night was Dark.

• The crucifixion of Yahusha the Messiah, as the true Passover fulfillment for all mankind past, present, and future, occurred on the very same day as the Passover in Egypt, approximately 1,500 years later, on the 14th of Aviv, which was the middle of the lunar month. There are four Brit Hadasha (NT) witnesses that identified that there was a darkened sun on that day from the sixth to the ninth hour. Darkened suns are signs in the shamayim calendar of a solar eclipse. And solar eclipses only occur because a dark conjunction lunar phase has come between the earth and the sun. • The final scenes of earth’s history leading to the Great Exodus from this earth to the Promised land and the New Jerusalem at the Second Coming of Yahusha the Messiah is highlighted by the prophet John in Revelation. The great sign appeared in the shamayim, a woman clothed with the sun, and the brilliant moon at her feet . . . This brilliant moon under her feet was the full New Moon marking the starry constellation Bethula (Virgo) as the first constellation of the year rather than Pisces (which is another word for Dagon the fish god, whose symbol was the crescent moon). This is a difference of 180 degrees, making the full moon the true New Moon.  Refer to article, A Great Sign Appeared in the Shamayim.

 The Lunar Phase that is First in Order

“The New Moon, this self-same one, is HEAD (ROSH) of the lunar months, which is FIRST in PLACE as the New Moon for measuring the revolution of a year (HASHANAH). Shemot (Exodus) 12:2

Referring back to the word study, Verse 2 goes on to clarify that this particular New Moon is “FIRST in PLACE.” This seems an obvious reference to the fact that it is the first of the lunar months that follow, which makes up a complete revolution of twelve or thirteen lunar months.  The astro-lunar-solar time is consistent and accurate only if the first full moon of Rosh Hashanah marks Bethulah closest to her feet and legs during the 19-year Metonic cycle.  Only then can one know which years are twelve or thirteen months in length. Without consistent use of the full moon in the constellation Bethulah (Virgo), the results will be only that of a rubber ruler.  

Scripture supports the existence of the turn of the year. But rather than referring to the Vernal Equinox, it is in reference to the first full moon in the constellation of Bethulah (tekufah H#8622 – turn of the year). The “turn of the year” is used in 2 Chronicles 24:23 to highlight “spring” when the kings went to war.  But Shemot (Exodus) 34:22 also identifies “the turn of the year” in the autumn when the fall harvest festivals took place. Together, these identify the phenomena that occur two times each year.  Yet, it is this very verse in Shemot (Exodus) 12:1-2 that identifies spring as the true and original ordained Rosh Hashanah, even though the modern Yahudim (Jews) have changed both the New Moon lunar phase to the conjunction/crescent and the start of their year “Rosh Hashanah,” to the fall. This is visibly manifested because from the perspective of the earth at night in the spring, the rising full moon highlights the rising constellation Bethula on the eastern horizon at sunset, as shown above. While we get a full moon once a month, it takes the stars a full year to make their visible circuit around the sun to visibly arise again in the same location. From Hazon (Revelation) 12:1, we discover that Bethula (Virgo) is the constellation that works together with the full moon by night, marking the first lunar month of the astro-luni-solar year. 

Note: This image above reflects how the astro-luni-solar calendar operates within a Heliocentric (sun-centered) universe model.  Whether Heliocentric or Geocentric,  whichever proves to be true, does not change how time is created within the relationship of sun, moon, and stars as seen from the earth.

An Orrery is a mechanical device placed on a table with the planets depicted on long arms rotating around the sun. In this device, the sun is in the center and immobile, exhibiting heliocentricity, and the planets rotate around it while spinning on their axis. To accomplish the Geocentric perspective, imagine picking up the entire mechanical Orrery by holding on to the earth while this device moves. This causes the earth to be the stationary center, and everything else in the Orrery will move correctly around the stabilized earth. From this example, it becomes clear that the rhythms and time of the bodies do not change, but the perspective of how they work does.

The Shadows of the Earthly Temple

Since Yahuah is re-clarifying His time-keeping system, He is reestablishing that the very day He was speaking to Moses was the exact same day, month, and beginning of the year as that of the creation/Genesis account, when it says, “In the beginning,” but only 2,500 years later. Yahuah re-clarified all of these truths to Moses, highlighting a specific visible full New Moon in spring that was perpetually the beginning of the lunar months, and it was Moses who gave us our written record for both the Genesis/Creation account as well as the Exodus account.  New Moon Day of Aviv 1 was designated by Yahuah to be the true and original Rosh Hashanah (New Year’s Day).  The Rabbinical Pharisee Jews, since A.D. 358, have turned this upside-down along with their entire calendar system, claiming it commences in the fall.  

Additionally, consider the evidence that if Yahuah Alahim had intended for the barley harvest to be the sign of Rosh Hashanah (New Year’s Day) as declared by the Rabbinical Jews and many of the Hebrew Roots folks, Exodus 12:1-3 would have been where it was stated.  Not only is the barley harvest absent, but Yahuah is also declaring a visible lunar phase as His New Moon.  Other articles on this website establish that the full moon is the original and authentic New Moon as it alone meets the criteria of Genesis 1:16, Psalms 136:7-9, Jeremiah 31:35-36, and Revelation 12:1, ruling the entire night with the stars, in opposition to the sun.  This means the sun is nowhere to be found during the duration of the night, and the moon rules with a starry constellation on the east-west time continuum. 

This continues to be a significant synchronization point as the earthly Temple services, along with the order of the Levitical Kohen (Priesthood), was designed to terminate 1,500 years later. This occurred on Abib 14, A.D. 31, at the moment of our Messiah’s crucifixion. While the earthly types and shadows ended at the moment the long-awaited and promised Messiah laid down His life as our substitute for sin, His ministry in the shamayim (heavenly) Temple above prototype, at that very moment, commenced on astro-luni-solar time, unrestrained.

This was punctuated by the Messiah fulfilling the time-centric requirements of His crucifixion falling precisely upon Passover, a full day in the tomb resting over the Sabbath, then rising from the tomb during the fourth watch of the night of the 16th. Based on Yahusha’s threefold ministry as Lamb, Kohen (Priest), and King, this New Covenant continues forward on astro-luni-solar time. Therefore, what began at the cross upon shamayim time continues to be worked out by our Savior as Kohen of the Sanctuary above on the same unbroken time system.

When Yahuah called His obedient followers out of Egypt, He was re-clarifying His true timekeeping to them. This was not a new timekeeping system but a reinstatement with full clarification of the old ordained system from the time of creation. Is it possible that this exact scenario is being repeated today as the Most High is calling His trusting believers out of modern-day Egypt, Babylon, and Roman timekeeping?

“The New Moon, this self-same one, is HEAD (ROSH) of the LUNAR MONTHS, which is FIRST in PLACE as the New Moon for measuring the revolution of the year (HASHANAH). Shemot (Exodus) 12:2

In verse 2, Yahuah is appointing His time-keeping to Moses, stating in essence that this particular New Moon, brilliantly visible as it arises from the east, belongs to the beginning of the lunar months and the first New Moon of the year.  It announces the next morning at sunrise as day one of His astro-luni-solar year, essentially New Year’s Day in spring, the true Rosh Hashanah.  

There are twelve lunar months in a regular astro-luni-solar year, but there are thirteen lunar months in an embolismic astro-luni-solar year. Embolismic years occur approximately every two or three years. So, while the full New Moon is the first day of each lunar month, the full moon rules the night together with Bethulah (Virgo) arising in the east, marking the first month of Yahuah’s ordained astro-luni-solar year. Then our Eternal Father elaborates that this self-same New Moon is FIRST IN ORDER and rank, as in old times past. As a result, the New Moon always announces the first day of each lunar month, just as demonstrated to Adam and Eve, Noah, and Abraham. So, is it likely that Yahuah gave Moses, at this point, an altogether new time-keeping system, or is it a re-clarification of the same preordained model from antiquity? “For I am Yahuah, I change not. . .” Malachi 3:6.  It is evident that Yahuah is reinstating to Israel just prior to their delivery from long years in bondage, the tried and true time system that remains in harmony with His dwelling in the shamayim and seat of power.

Yahuah, as the Creator of TIME, continues clarifying that He has ordained lunar months as the divisions of His unique yearly model. This concept applies not just to that year alone but to every year, past, present, and future, for all who seek to be in accordance with His will.

In Yahuah’s compassion and by His strong arm, He brought Israel out of Egypt so that they might be restored in full keeping with His Torah for the sake of bearing His sacred oracles of truth to the world. They were given special instructions on when and how to keep all His Kadosh days, which included the monthly New Moons, annual Feast Days, and weekly seventh-day Sabbaths. The directions given to Moses were recorded to benefit all mankind, who should live upon the earth to the close of time. Yahuah has spoken! Let us listen and obey. (Leviticus 23:1-4)

Then Yahuah commanded Moses to teach all of Israel these astro-luni-solar time principles while they were still in Egypt. As stated previously, this is a full three months prior to Yahuah’s giving directions on building a Sanctuary according to the shamayim pattern, the one “not made with hands” (Exodus 25:8). The point here is that the lunar months with their corresponding New Moons were not first introduced at the time the instructions were given for building the wilderness sanctuary, but prior to. In this way, Yahuah defines His time principles as not dependent upon the earthly sanctuary system but wholly separate from it.

Therefore, if at some future point the earthly Sanctuary system were to come to an end, as ordained, the astro-luni-solar time principles would not. Thus, we find that the earthly Sanctuary depended upon the Creator’s Celestial timepiece rather than the other way around. These lunar guidelines were re-clarified to Israel by the Creator of the sun, moon, and stars, who, with His right arm of strength, as the Creator of time, had the power to rescue and restore Israel back to Himself. Thus, the Most High re-established the parameters for His years, months, and weeks. These were not new but were the same guidelines He had formerly given to Adam and Eve at creation so that they may be included with the time-keeping of all Yahuah’s created beings everywhere, including the New Jerusalem.

As a son and daughter of Alahim, Adam & Eve were included for the purpose of assembling for worship at all the correct appointed times or mo’edim. These included specifically the “new moons” and seventh-day Sabbaths. Yet, there may have been pre-ordained Feast Days celebrations in the shamayim as well before sin on earth.  In the Father’s great love and provision, He made it possible for earthlings to be in attendance in sync with the courts above, specifically to worship Him, their Creator, “from one new moon to another and one Sabbath to another (Isaiah 66:23).”

How to Count from the New Moon

You shall keep and teach this to all the congregation of Israel saying, “in the tenth of the lunar month, do the following: And you shall reserve and keep every man a lamb for each household of the father, a lamb for each house.”  Shemot (Exodus) 12:3

Referring to the study, Verse 3 gives an example of counting from the “new moon” and defines how the astro-luni-solar calendar works. On the tenth lunar calendar date from (and including) the New Moon day of the New Year, the people were to select and reserve a lamb for the upcoming Passover Feast.

The full New Moon day is simply the first day of each Scriptural month. Months and New Moons cannot be separated as their intrinsic association forever links them to the moon and its cycle of lunar phases. For example, the moon and its various phases are to the New Moon as the “end of the rope” is to the rope.  Both are self-evident, and neither can be removed or separated from the other. The terms “lunar month” and “New Moon” are often interchangeable because a rope does not exist without a beginning.

Bottom line, if a year is declared to be divided by lunar months, Yahuah declares nothing short of a fact that His months commence with a New Moon and that His years are astro-luni-solar. The obvious is then that the modern Gregorian calendar exhibited in some way in every home of the world is entirely FICTIONAL. It is part of the master plan of the enemy of souls to cause you to lose sight of, or dismiss altogether as irrelevant, His sacred and eternal calendar model and, by extension, the true worship of Him. The more aspects of the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY, and HOW of the PLAN OF SALVATION that the Prince of Darkness can destroy, the greater the chance you will be eternally lost.

Since this verse is so well illustrated that whole years are to be divided only by lunar months, might this same principle apply to the month itself? In other words, wouldn’t it naturally follow that the lunar month of 29 or 30 days should be divided by the lunar phases themselves to demarcate the calendar dates and the divisions of lunar weeks? Naturally, this makes sense, for why would our Creator demonstrate that His time system is beaconed by the sun, moon, and stars and then establish the week and Sabbath upon different principles that are completely unrelated to His marvelous celestial time-piece? That is precisely the point. He wouldn’t!  The only week model that can be a true representative of the Creator and an ambassador of His creation is a week model born of that same time system according to the shamayim. All others fall short of His empirical standard.

Are you hearing the Master’s call? Are you willing to take up the cross/stake of truth and walk in His LIGHT against all consequences Satan can muster, whether popular upon the earth or not?
